As all great stories begin, SUNNY was born out of love. An adoring father’s dream to provide refreshing relief and comfort to anyone at any age. Mixing components from his professional career and knowledge about the vast cannabis industry, he originated the next best thing in the edibles world, Cannabis Ice Cream.
In 2014, Ayzic’s three-year old son was sadly diagnosed with FMF Disease, suffering from debleating abdominal pain. In the country which the family resides, patients over 16 years of age would be provided a medical license for cannabis in order to fight the discomfort created by FMF and to reduce inflammation of the abdomen. However, as an infant, this was simply not a suitable solution. Ayzic’s desire to find any way to help his son fight the pain through natural healing and without pumping his little body with medical waste, helped pave the way to create something truly spectacular, and natural.
Like a spark of genius while hand making ice cream in his parlor one day, it came to him- Cannabis infused ice cream! Who doesn’t like ice cream?
Ayzic is trained in artisanal confectionery and in the past decade has specialized in the making of organic ice cream from natural ingredients. Mixing his dream of helping his son coupled with his passion for handmade natural ice cream and his knowledge of cannabis legalization was a no brainer.
During the initial phase of development for cannabis ice cream, Ayzic and his partner Dor fell pregnant, which sadly resulted in a still birth. They were encouraged by the notion that a child born after a still birth would result in a “Rainbow Baby”, and with great pleasure and pride the parents welcomed their ‘Rainbow Baby’ shortly after, and named her…Sunny.
Faced with painful obstacles in their personal life, Ayzic and Dor were encouraged more than ever to reach for the stars and hone their passion. After 3 years of developing Cannabinoids Preservation in Ice Cream, SUNNY was born, the ice cream of rainbows named after their very own rainbow girl!
SUNNY was designed as a product for universal wellness. One that can provide joy and relief to all people, young and old. Healing using active ingredients , while enjoying the world’s favorite treat- and never compromising on taste!

Nimrod Ayzic: Founder, Creator & Owner of Sunny
Ayzic completed studies at Etoile and Olivier Bajard in France, Ayzic worked for some of the most prestigious kitchens and confectionaries through our Italy and France, which helped gain him much of his skill and expertise.
After 10 years in Europe he moved back to Tel Aviv Israel & opened Artizan – The first of its kind, fresh home made organic ice cream, created naturally from all fresh and home grown ingredients.
His hard work joined with his expertise, and his vast knowledge about global legalization helped ignite the creation of the next big thing in the edible’s world. With a strong attention to detail and careful testing, Ayzic is now able to share his dream and provide all the joy of Cannabis Ice Cream.
